A small coastal hamlet, 11km north-east of St Helens, a picturesque shelter for fishing boats. Good surf and rock fishing.

Binalong Bay is the gateway to the renowned Bay of Fires Reserve and just been voted as the world’s second best beach in the Conde Nast Traveller Magazine. A restaurant where you can also purchase very basic supplies and some takeaway food overlooks this wonderful beach.

Humbug Point State Recreation area has sheltered bay side beaches with barbecue and camping facilities.
