Trial Harbour was once the port for the flourishing mines at Zeehan. It is a 30-minute drive from Zeehan along a good gravel road through rainforest and button grass plains. This coastal hamlet has magnificent beaches, fishing and a spectacular view available from the surrounding hills.
Similar in most respects is the nearby beach and fishing area of Granville Harbour. There are no shops or facilities. However there is plenty to keep you occupied with swimming, camping, fishing, bush walking and 4WD/all terrain vehicle areas.
